I want to return my beer, what do I do?

Just send us an email at beer@hopspot.co.nz, let us know and tell us why, and we’ll organise for our couriers to contact you and arrange to collect the beer.

If you don’t have the original box, don’t worry, any box that fits the beer will do. To help out our lovely drivers, we do ask that you ensure the box is in good condition, securely taped up and free from any dangerous materials.

Please keep in mind that if, at the time of your purchase, you benefited from a discount or reward (for example, free shipping), the discount or amount will be forfeited from your refund or credit.

When will my refund be processed?

Once the beer has been collected, let us know and we can issue your credit or refund straight away.

It can take a few days for us to hear from our warehouse that your beer has been returned, so it’s always best to let us know as soon as the driver collects it. Then you can get onto buying your next box of beautiful beer asap!

How do I change or cancel an order?

If you change your mind and need to cancel an order, just give us a quick email at beer@hopspot.co.nz and we’ll take care of it for you.
