We get a few questions about the some of the finer details of HopSpot, so we've grouped these up in the hope they provide some use to you. 

Shipping and Delivery

How long does it take for my beer to arrive? 

Orders made before 1pm on weekdays are dispatched same day, after 1pm orders are dispatched the following working day. 

Our couriers deliver Monday – Friday.

To urban areas, we aim to have these delivered overnight. If you are in a rural area, add a day extra for delivery. 

Standard Delivery: target 3 working days or sooner from the date of dispatch.

Delivery notes and special instructions must be left in the Order Notes field at checkout.

 

Do you deliver anywhere in New Zealand?

Unfortunately, we currently do not deliver to the following places:

 

 

Chatham Islands
Stewart Island
Great Barrier Island

    Everywhere else is all good!

    Do you deliver overseas?

    No, sorry, we don't have the ability to deliver to oversea's addresses.

    Why can't I see my tracking activity?

    You will receive an Order Dispatch email with a tracking link once your order has been packed in our warehouse. The courier will then pick it up, and once they have scanned it, you’ll be able to see your order’s progress as it heads to your door. 

    It will normally be a few hours between receiving the email and being able to track your order.
